RETAINER
To reserve your date and lock-in price as quoted, you must pay a retainer.
Before doing so, please read the full terms & conditions below.
You have two paying options:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By paying a retainer, you agree to the following:
PAYMENT
- A retainer is required to book your date & time and lock-in price as quoted.
- Your balance (total plus tax, minus retainer) is due when your photos are ready.
- Your files will be sent to you once full payment has been received.
- The retainer is refundable when you cancel within a week of paying.
- If booking less than 7 days to the session, 50% is kept upon cancelation.
- Payment is accepted by e-transfer or Paypal (3% is added with Paypal).
RESCHEDULING
- Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior will be accommodated.
- You may reschedule one time without penalty.
- Additional reschedules or last-minute changes will incur a $50 fee.
- We may need to reschedule last-minute due to weather conditions (no fee).
- I reserve the right to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
LATE POLICY
- Due to the fact that I photograph multiple sessions per day on different locations, if you show up late for your session, we may only be able to shoot for the rest of time that was allocated for you (in which case, no partial refund will be given).
DIGITAL FILES
- Your photos will be given to you in high-resolution digital format.
- They will be downloadable on a private online gallery.
- Delivery time ranges from 2 to 6 weeks.
- You will have 30 days to download your files. They will be stored for two years.
- A gallery set-up fee of $30 applies if you need to download them again one day.
- I only provide clients with edited JPEG images (no unedited or RAW files).
- Your portraits are retouched in my unique style (same on my website).
- Artistic editing (colour grading) and composition enhancing is included.
- Detailed retouching (modifying skin, hair, body, etc) is not included.
COPYRIGHT
- I retain copyright on all images.
- You have full permission to share and print them for personal use.
- Your photos cannot be sold or used for commercial purposes (by me or you).
- Your photos may be shared by me on social media, unless you ask me not to.
